Sharon, with assistance from husband Justin, can provide you with a structured training plan aimed at helping you achieve your fitness goals.Sharon at the 2010 World Championships 24 Hour where she placed 6th with 224.885km

Plans are customised. They are specific. They come with the benefits of nearly 100 ultra-marathon finishes and in Sharon's case a total of 45 open and age group Australian running and walking records (all the way up to 333km in 48 hours).

In 2006 Sharon and Justin were more than 30kg heavier than they are now. Their guidance and support is not just focused at the fast and strong, but is absolutely geared to providing encouragement and support for those that may not currently be doing anything about their health and fitness. If that's you, and you have a desire and a commitment to achieve great long terms benefits then Sharon can help.

A range of training packages exist, from individual casual one-on-one sessions, to long-term, goal focused training. Weight loss and / or fitness goals are catered for.
